Windows does not recognize nRF52840 DK when connected to USB

Window sees both nRF52 DK's that iI have and JLink shows as a drive in Explorer.  I have two nRF52840 DKs.  Windows does not see either one when connected using the same cable.  LED 5 flashes on for one second and off for one second repeatedly.  I have power cycled but Windows does not acknowledge anything about the board being connected. LED 1 comes on bright  then dims continually so it seems it is running the originally shipped FW.  Both DKs are fresh out of the box

FIXED-I don't know how to cancel this ticket.  I know I tried all 4 cables and none of them worked on the nRF52840 DKs but all but 1 are working now,  The bad one was working on the nRF52 DKs but is not now.  So...go figure
