How can I test it ?

NRF_LOG_INFO("ANT IO TX example started."); where can I see that message ?

I'm using nrf52840 board.

It depend on whether you have enabled UART or RTT as backend for logging, but you can typically see here:

You can use NRF_LOG, for instance see here how to enable logging to UART by enable UART as backend for the logging module:

I believe the example you are using show use of NRF_LOG_INFO() and UART is enabled as backend. Look under NRF_LOG_BACKEND_UART_ENABLED in sdk_config.h for baudrate and pin settings.

Edit: To receive the NRF_LOG_INFO("ANT IO TX example started."); you can download tera term of similar on your computer to display data from the COM port from UART when using an nRF52-DK
