nRF Connect Tool Chain Manager SDK download error - Mac

Using the nRF Connect toolchain manager on Mac I get the following errors when downloading any SDK. 

I have also tried using the manual SDK install process but get an error related to "yaml support" when opening projects with Segger studio. 

Any help at all is appreciated.

Hi Mark,

The mac installation is hardcoded to be in /opt/nordic/ncs/..., for this reason the toolchain manager asks for root permission to create this directory, which is then changed back to the users access rights. The only reason I can think of that this directory does not exists is that this was not accepted by the user.

Could you verify this?
