Send images using BLE

Hi.

I am using nRF9160 DK.
I want to communicate BLE in series with multiple DKs.
Assuming there are DK 1, DK2, DK3... ...DK9,
DK 1 is connected to a computer.
DK 2 to 9 is BLE communication.
When DK1 receives the image from the computer, can DK 9 receive the image using BLE communication?

1. if possible, Do you have an example?
2. if it's impossible, What's the reason?

Generally, nRF9160 DK is being used to check the LTE behavior.

Of course, nRF9160 DK has the nRF52840 and it supports the BLE behavior.

If you only want to check the BLE behavior, I recommend using of nRF52 series DKs.

Get back to your question, yes it's possible.

However, we don't have exact example about that, but have the similar example.

You can refer this example from nRF5 SDK.

This example is that a BLE peripheral DK connects to a computer by UART and can send and receive the UART data to/from a Central.

If I want to use the nRF52840 in nRF9160dk, do I just need to change the SW5?
After that, can I upload and build using SES?

Hi, 

SW5/SW10(it depends on what DK version you have) on the nrf9160DK is a switch that you can use to select between the nrf9160 SiP of the nrf52840 SoC.
