Implementation of scene model in ble mesh for nrf52832

Hi,

I want to use scene model in BLE MESH for nrf52832 board as both scene server and scene client and want to operate using nrf mesh app. In the application dimmable switch(here scene client) to store some scenes and recall it whenever either we are pressing the switch and scene server in dimmable light application. Kindly help me in implementing the scene model in these applications in high priority of this task.

Hi. 

Have you looked at the latest version of the nRF5 SDK for Mesh (v.5.0.0)? There is a Scene example there that you can take a look at.

Hi Joakim,

Yes i have gone through the example. I want to implement both scene server and client but having issues in implementing the scene server as not able to register the callbacks for scene server, what changes need to be done for that. Can you please help in this case.

As you can see from the documentation:

We do not provide a standalone Scene server example, but instead uses one of the compatible server examples listed in Server example (model)

Instead, other example applications showcase the Scene Server models and implement the Scene Server and Scene Setup Server models:

• Light switch server example
• Dimming server example
• Light Lightness server example
• Light CTL server example
• Light LC server model example
