Python 3 PIP and Nrfutil

Hi,

Yes, Python 3 support was added from version 6.0.0. You can install it using "pip3 install nrfutil", or "pip install nrfutil" if you only have Python 3 version of pip in your path.

Given that the latest version of nrfutil was released on April 17. 2020, and Python 3.9 was released on October 5. 2020, this Python version is not supported/tested before release.
