nrf9160 supports sms with nb-iot card

now, I know nrf9160  supports sms use cat-m card ,but I do not know supports nb-iot card,becase I have try use nb-iot send sms is fail

 The nRF9160 supports SMS, regardless of the type of transport.

The network vendors can restrict SIM cards wrt. to features like SMS. Have you checked with your vendor if SMS is supported on your specific NB1 capable SIM cards?
