nRF51822 compatbile chip with more transmit power

Since bluetooth specs allow 20 dBm transmit power?

The only way to use this much output power is to add a PA. The highest output power from Nordic devices are the nRF52840, nRF52833 and nRF52820 at 8 dBm.

Note that you can only use 20 dBm in the US. In Europe and most other placed, you're limited to 10 dBm.
