The customer needed to use this encapsulation, but the layout could not be found.

I'm sorry, but the HW files for the nRF5340 WLCSP package are not available as of yet. I can't share a release date I'm afraid, but please contact the Nordic regional sales manager of your region for a road map of when this will be available.
