Beacon tag not detecting in other BLE scanners except nordic scanner

Hi, 

I am using nrf52832 for the beaconing device. The device is working fine, sleep current, wakeup current is normal, transmit cycle is also working fine but the device is detecting only in nrf52832 scanner only. No other BLE scanning application like nrf connect, BLE scanner are able to detect the tag. What is the issue?
