could not fetch memory size of target devkit

Hello,

   I have done customized board using nRF52832 and when I try to flash code using nRF52 DK(Jtag) it is showing following error.
could not fetch memory size of target devkit.


I have given proper supply to customized board 3.3V is getting in nRF52 chipset. And after proper building and updated version of nRF connect also same error is coming.
Please help us regarding. Awaiting for response.
