Installing a toolchain for nRF 9160 is not easy as installing the Arduino IDE ( at the leat in Ubuntu). I request Nordic Semi to install all the required tools in a cloud and allow developers to access the infra. So developers can start the firmware development without much wastage of time in installing the toolchain. More or, such a cloud-based infra will be having the latest updates and libraries for the developers
