I'm not 100% clear on your question.

Are you maybe asking what the PPM drift of the 16Mhz crystal can be? If so, I believe it's 40ppm.

The required accuracy of the 16 MHz clock source is given in the nRF51822 Product Specification, and as can be seen in table 16, it is +-60 ppm for proprietary applications and +-40 ppm for BLE applications. This is the total frequency tolerance required.
