nRF mesh app keeps crashing on startup. PLEASE HELP I NEED THE APP FOR MY GRADUATION PROJECT.

When i start the nRF mesh app, it crashes immediatly. What do i need to do? I re installed it a couple times and i rebooted my phone a couple times. 

The phone is a samsung galaxy s10e. 

I need the app to show my product works and it does but tomorrow is my graduation electrical engineering! 

I build the software of my product with nrf52840 and generic level server proxy node server example.

Hi.

I'm afraid I don't have a quick fix for your problem here.

I don't have the exact same phone as you to test the nRF Mesh app, but I couldn't find any reports of it crashing on the S10e.
We have tested on other samsung and android phones, without any problems.

A suggestion from a colleague was that you might be able to delete some app-data that could persist even after a re-install. However, I doubt that it is the reason for the crash.

Maybe you can borrow another phone to demostrate your product for graduation tomorrow?

i deleted the app data and it worked again! Thank you so much my professor was very impressed with the demo that he credited it with an 8/10! Does Nordic do internships for master student embedded systems btw?
