unable to DFU bootloader

Hi,

 I'm trying to dfu bootloader.

generated file with : 

nrfutil pkg generate --hw-version 52 --sd-req 0xCB --bootloader-version 2 --bootloader secure_bootloader_ble_s140_pca10100_debug.hex --key-file private.key app_dfu_package.zip

but dfu in nrf toolbox Error on file.

Hello,

Try to download the latest version of nRF Connect for iOS or Android, or if you have an extra DK that you can use as a connectivity board instead of your mobile, please download nRF Connect for Desktop, and try to perform the DFU with either of these. What error messages do you see if you try to perform the DFU with nRF Connect for Desktop, iOS or Android?

I have the latest , didn't fix the issue
