Which qemu version of zephyr OS is the best for nRF9160?

As of what I've read in [1], nRF9160 uses ARM Cortex-M33. I'm not sure which qemu of the Zephyr OS is compatible with ARM Cortex-M33 the most ? qemu_cortex_m3 or none of  them in the list of support boards of zephyr OS [2]?

Hello, 

I could not find much information on QEMU for the nRF9160. Yes, the nRF91 is a Arm Cortex-M33 based device which introduces the secure and non-secure domain. The only official sample with support for QEMU is the simple_mqtt at the moment. I have never tried this I'm afraid. 

I do not believe that building for board qemu_cortex_m3 will work.
