Cannot connect to PPK after updating to v3.0.0. Error while setting up device 000801015870: No serial port available for device with serial number 000801015870

I have been using the PPK (ver 1) without any problems to measure the current consumption of our custom board, until I updated the Power Profiler app to v3.0.0.

I get the message "Error while setting up device 000801015870: No serial port available for device with serial number 000801015870".

I am using a J-Link Lite and have tried reinstalling the drivers for it but I get the same message.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have good news for you! This was a bug in version 3.0.0, and our team has fixed this. Please update your Power Profile version to 3.0.1.
