Hi, I was looking on Digikey and there is a device with the following code: NRF51422-QFAA-R7 V2 Does anyone know what the R7 V2 means? I think R=reel? Thanks

Hi.

As you say, R7 means 7 inch reel. I can only assume that they mean nRF51422 revision 2 in 7" reel packaging, but to be sure I would advise you to contact the supplier and ask them directly. To determine the IC revision you would need the last two letters of the IC markings. You can find out more about IC revision in the Compatibility Matrix.
