Change advertised name (Bluetooth)

Hello

I have an application which advertises permanently on the Bluetooth but I would like that under certain conditions, that they advertise another name.
Can you tell me how I could change the advertised name (device name) after a while?

My application is based on the example ble_thread_dyn_mtd_coap_cli_pca10056_s140.

Hello,

You can update the advertised name by first changing the GAP device name with sd_ble_gap_device_name_set(), and then call ble_advertising_advdata_update() with the same 'srdata' and 'advata' arguments that were used in advertising_init(). This process will update your adv. payload with the new GAP device name.
