Unable to activate license

I got the message
I requested activation from license.segger.com/Nordic.cgi.
But,
"To activate the license, open Embedded Studio. Go to Tools-> License Manager ... and click Activate Embedded Studio."

seems no solution for it!

Hi,

Are you unable to get into License Manager to add the license? Which version of SEGGER Embedded Studio are you using, and is it the Nordic Edition (for NCS) or the regular (for nRF5 SDK)?
