Usage of OPP diagram in thesis

Hello,

I´m writing my thesis and using the Online Power Profiler to get a estimation about current consumption in NB-IoT cases. 

I would like to use the diagram from the OPP as a picture in my thesis but I know that there are some legal bases which need to be respected.

So I´m asking you for permission to use a screenshot from the diagram. It would really help my thesis.
