nRF Connect (PC) fails to choose .zip file? On a Chinese PC, the DFU choose dialog does not select file when chosen. The dialog remains blank even though zip file was selected and OK'ed.

Click DFU after connect.  Navigate to folder. Click .zip update file.  Click OK.  File name does NOT appear in chosen text box, box remains empty.  Works correctly on English PC, fails on Chinese PC.  No message, just silently fails to select .zip file.  Permissions??

Do you have any pointers as to how to solve the permissions problem above please?  I've got this same problem on both my PCs.
