nRF9160 modem RF counters rxtime, txtime, sleeptime

Hi,

in other vendor LTE/NB IoT modem implementations there are cumulative counters showing sum of time in ms spent in TX, RX, SLEEP.

Together with actual TX power they are good summary indication for energy consumed by modem and RF troubles (huge increments per packet).

Would you consider to support cumulative counters in nRF9160 modem please ?
