power supply mode design

We are working on the nRF52832.

I consider the low power mode , the DC/DC mode instead of the LVO mode. See datasheet.

In DCDC mode there is a coil and capacitor drawded.

How do we dimension the coil and capacitor? Is there a application note for?

If you want to use the DCDC, please follow the reference schematic: Schematic QFAA and QFAB QFN48 with DC/DC regulator setup

The components specified are picked specifically for the DCDC.
