nRF Connect Setup hangs on Windows 10

I got the update notice for 3.6.1, the install gets to around 33% then just sits there.  This happens both with upgrade and with clean install for me, I left it to hang for a few hours to make sure each way.  Windows 10.  No secondary install window for drivers or anything.  See screenshot.

Maybe you can try to right click on nrfconnectsetup361ia32.exe and "Run as Administrator"?

Does the same problem exist if you try to install an older release?

Running as Administrator makes no difference for me.  I am able to install and use 3.6.0 so it's not a huge deal.

Can you try to install v3.6.0?

Alternatively try to uninstall everything you may have installed of j-link software on your PC, think it is related to j-link in some way.

Thanks Kenneth, full uninstall of nrf connect and reinstall fixed it.
