Looking for any other better IC than NRF52832 for our current requirement.

We are going to design our new product using NRF52832. Please suggest if there is any other better IC which has higher transmission range, higher RAM and with less current consumption than NRF52832.

Hi,

For range, you may want to look at the nRF52840, which supports BLE long range (coded PHY). It also has both more flash and RAM. You can see a comparison of all the nRF52 devices here. If you need more power, then you may want to consider the dual core nRF5340.
