Two devices are into unknow status after update the modem firmware and application firmware

We have the second device here, and I redo the programming now. First I download thingy91_fw_2020-10-30_5522ca2b to PC and then run programmer.

1. Then I selected the device from left top menu.  Select enable MCU boot.
2. Turn off device and press SW3 and turn on the device. The device in MCU boot mode
3. Click update modem, then write, 2 step later, I got successful page as attachment successful_modem.jpg

        4. Add hex file by click it, select one hex file from the folder thingy91_fw_2020-10-30_5522ca2b_new\img_fota_dfu_hex But I had an error in attachment failedin_application.jpg

        5. Why I have this error?

Yesterday I power off device and press SW3 and turn on the device again to put Device in MCU boot mode then write the hex application into the device I have successful message. But when I repower on the device. It failed to power up. And no device can be seen from  device manager.

Could you tell me what is wrong with this programming?
