How to upgrade the firmware of the end devices in the Openthread network?

Hello Team,

We have already done the PoC for the Openthread network. I have created a border router using nRF52840 as an NCP and multiple nRF52840 end devices.

Now my question is, is there any way to upgrade the firmware for the end devices(SoC devices nRF52840) in the same Openthread NW using any router or border router? If yes, please suggest me the process/link/documentation to do that.
