Segger J-Link

I understand that nRF-9160 DK has Segger J-Link to program target devices / custom boards. Can this be used to program any ARM Cortex Debug Connector (10-pin)?  Or I can program only nRF-9160 based target boads?

You can program nRF9160, and nRF5-series devices with the nRF9160-DK.

Note that all our development kits are for evaluation only, and shall not be used as a production programmer. For such purposes, we recommend that you obtain a programmer that is made for that purpose.

Segger, Hi-Lo, Elnec (and many other companies) has production grade programmers in their portfolio.
