Here is a white paper on designing a λ/4 printed monopole antenna for 2.45GHz which should work for the nRF24L01+. I would also recommend reading the white papers on Antenna tuning and Tuning the nRF24xx matching network.
Note that when using BLE, the maximum allowed transmitted power is 10mW, with an amplifier and dipole antenna you might well go beyond this limit. Unfortunately we have no notes on dipole and amplifier design readily available, but these should be possible to find online.
