Using 'nrf5_SDK_for_Mesh_v5.0.0_src' exampe project 'light_switch' developed for nrf52 Development Kit(pca10040). How to make the same project working on Thingy52(pca20020) using the same sdk.?
Unfortunately, we don't have any support for Thingy:52 in the nRF5 SDK for Mesh. We don't have any guides on how to do it either. Your best shot would be to have a look at this demo, and try to migrate to the latest SDK.

Any project(other than mesh) which is working on nRF52 Development Kit for eg. Led On/Off. How to make the same project working on Thingy-52 device? Is it just by changing the board file?
I would suggest you have a look at the Blinky example from our SDK. Yes, the same project should be working on the Thingy:52 by changing the board file.
