How to get uniform interval between the two events

How to get a same interval between the two events . I am seding the data from nrf52832 to phone every 1second . I want a uniform interval between the two data please suggest me. Even I tried by setting the same min and max connection interval 9 and 9

Please elaborate a little bit more. 

I'm not sure what you meant by "uniform interval between the two data" . What exactly you want to achieve ? 

The distance between two event should always be the same, unless there is a connection parameter update which doesn't happen all the time.

Connection inertval, I am not the getting the data at the same connection interval. It is varying +-3 as well +-10 and 15 . How to get uniform interval between two events. I am getting the data like this. +-5 is ok but it is going beyond 12 , 30..

If you have any interference, the packet may get corrupted and requires retransmission. 
In addition, the phone. as an OS with many tasks, may delay the task to printout data so you can't really rely on the phone to display data exactly when you receive it. 

Please describe your application. Also, please use a sniffer trace to check if you have a good timing. 

For task that requires high timing accuracy, it's better if you can put a timestamp into the packets.

Yes of course I have used above example line is my rtc timeshamp with accelerometer data .again I am displaying my timestamp with data this is what I am getting . Why this much interval varying 

7:05:43:005  "hello"

7:05:43:010 "hello"

How do you trigger the sampling   ? Please post your code. 
If it's the time stamp on the nRF52  , it may not related to the bluetooth interval. 
To get the most accurate timing, please use the RTC timer to trigger sampling.
