nRF connect get different layout from device and file memory?

Why did I get different layout even I do the erase all and write?

It is nothing to worry about, it how it operates.  What program/hex file did you try?

Hi and sorry for the late reply, 

The device resets after programming. And after resetting, the application writes something to that part of flash. So the image the hex file creates will not necessarily be exactly as the image on the device after programing. The gap is because of the padding in the memory. We do not exactly know the padding when we read from the device.
