Interrupts only working when debugging probe is attached

When running firmware without a probe, interrupts don't seem to work. I'm using a Segger Mini Edu on an Actinius Icarus (nRF9160). I'm using EGU1. When the probe is attached everything works great.

Hello,

This is a bit strange, interrupts should still trigger if you are not in debug mode. Does the program appear to function normally apart from the EGU1 not being triggered?

And do you have a minimal version of your project that I can try to debug it here?
