Serial rx interrupt does not work unless debugging

Hi,

I am using SDK 14.2 and made some changes with serial example in the SDK. It works just fine while debugging but outside of debugging does not work at all.

I have an other mcu connected to nrf52832 via Rx, Tx pins and it sends some packages according to what it received. What might be causing this ? I saw this problem with my own project so i wanted to try on SDK example but resut is same.

Note: i will use latest SDK if it must.
