nrf thingy:91 new SIM, connects LTE Link Monitor says, no Cloud

Hello and Merry Christmas,

Trying to get Thingy:91 connected to cloud.  But no such luck.

Followed the video, but somethings are shown.  Installed latest firmware (SIP modem) and Firmware.zip.

Seems nice. Then entered SIM (Ibasis) in the cloud, and rebooted with SIM in Thingy:91.

Lights shown white to green, nothing popped up in Cloud that is 'connect' or connected.

Opened LTE Link monitor and connected to Thingy:91, it shows connected to AT&T in LTE-M.

But no Cloud connection. Tried manually to enter IMEI as "nrf-352..." 15 digits, and then PIN.

Says can't do this, red flag..

Not sure what to do now..

LOVE THIS THINGY:91!!  I gave my first one away, but I'd like to get this new one working.

Did you get an error when trying to add the Thingy:91 to nRF Cloud? If so, which error did you get? 

Could you share your log from LTE Link Monitor of the problem? You can get it by clicking on "Open log file" as shown below.

All fixed somehow, reloaded the latest firmware  and skipped SIM card, and put in the nrf-IMEIA.  Waited some time and it appeared in the cloud. Yahoo!   Thanks,
