How can i change TxPower level in android app with nordic-ble-lib version 2.1.1 ?

- I used https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/Android-BLE-Library version 2.1.1 and https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/Android-Scanner-Compat-Library to code My Ble app. So, i read document android that say can change TxPower level. How can i do that with Android-BLE-Library  and Android-Scanner-Compat-Library? Thank you

Hi 

For clarity, are you trying to make your phone advertise and set the TxPower level in the advertise packet, or are you trying to change the transmit power of the phone itself?

Do you have a link to the document you refer to, where they mention that TxPower can be changed?
