Chip selection Issue NRF52840

Hello

           We are planning to build a product based on nrf52840 our programming part is almost done we used nrf52840Dk board , now we are order SoCs and other peripherals , but there is some problem we find NRF52840-QIAA-R and NRF52840-QIAA-R7 , in Digikey thay mention that NRF52840-QIAA-R has support only bluetooth but NRF52840-QIAA-R7 has support of IC RF TxRx + MCU 802.15.4, Bluetooth Bluetooth v5.0, Thread, Zigbee 2.4GHz 73-VFQFN Dual Rows, Exposed Pad  which shown in picture , and you see in this picture  NRF52840-QIAA-R in stock but NRF52840-QIAA-R7 not in stock.

So my question is ,  NRF52840-QIAA-R can support 802.15.4, Bluetooth Bluetooth v5.0, Thread, Zigbee 2.4GHz protocol?

Hello,

They are both the same chip (SoC revisions and variants). The difference is the container type they come in. "R7" means that the ICs come in a 7" reel and "R" that they come in a 13" reel. Please see the Ordering information section of the 52840 PS for more details.
