nrf91 Azure IoT Hub sample

Hi Support team,

       Our customer want to use nrf91 to connect to Microsoft's Azure IoT Hub instance, refer to "samples/nrf9160/azure_iot_hub" sample; But they have concerns that if there are updates of the "Azure IoT Explorer" or interface (from Microsoft side),  So I listed two question:

       1. If Microsoft have updates, Will it have influence on our connection ?? Shall we updates when microsoft have related updates?  As I check, we do not use microsoft's library directly~

       2. From ncs1.4.0's azure_iot_hub, I see "Microsoft has created `Azure IoT Explorer`_ to interact and test devices can connected to an Azure IoT Hub instance." , So our testing is based on what relased code from microsoft(and its version)?? Does if matters when customer want to refer our sample for production???

The Azure IoT Explorer or their UI are additional tools provided by Microsoft which will receive updates, but this will not influence the underlying Azure IoT Hub protocol, which Microsoft documents here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/iot-hub/iot-hub-devguide-protocols.

The Azure IoT Library in NCS follows this specification and is certified by Microsoft. Breaking changes are very unlikely but if the customer is concerned about this, they might want to certify their device as well, so they will be notified by Microsoft about future changes: https://devicecatalog.azure.com/
