Programming Custom PCBs with nRF 9160 DK

I have developed a custom PCB based  on nRF 9160. I have followed the connections as per the attached image

Can I use Segger Embeded Studio to program the custom PCBs. If so, kindly share the procedure or requried documents

Yes, you should be able to program a custom board using the nRF9160 DK. Please see the documentation for Debug Output on the nRF9160 DK.
