[ble_app_uart__saadc_timer_driven__scan_mode] invisible BLE, no ADC data, no LED

I'm trying the example of [ble_app_uart__saadc_timer_driven__scan_mode] from Github. I'm using PCA10040 / s132. I'm sure this demo code works well since many people from online have made it successfully. 

I could "build and run" the demo code to nRF52 DK (nRF52832) successfully in SEGGER (see below image).

However, on my nRF52 DK, LED doesn't work at all, no SAADC output is displayed on PuTTY, BLE is invisible in nRF Connect mobile app. 

Note: requirements of this demo code is given below:

• nRF5 SDK version 17.0.0
• nRF52-DK (PCA10040) / nRF52840-DK (PCA10056) / nRF52833-DK (PCA10100)
• Softdevice S132 v7.0.1 / S140 v7.0.1

I had the same issues with my custom boards, I followed this tutorial. 
I found it on this question.

Try it and see if it works.

Thanks, mate. But the issue hasn't been solved. 

According to your link, here is what I did: 

1. In SEGGER, clean the project, clean the solution

2. Use nRFgo Studio, erase all, select and program the softdevice, verify, all successful 

3. Now, back to SEGGER, "build and run" was successful. But still no LED, no visible BLE, no SAADC data displayed on PuTTY. 

Any other clue, please?

May you show startup file c and asm files in SES?....I wonder that it's got some troubeshooting when you go to main() app..
