nrf5340 PDK can not connect to my PC

Hi Everyone,

I am having some trouble on nrf5380 PDK. I can not connect it to my PC. 

I attached photo of nrfconnect.

There were 3 serial ports but I have used just one which was PDK.

Please let me know, How can it be solved?

Hi,

The BLE app (in nRF Connect) is unfortunately not compatible with the nRF53-series. You will need an nRF52-DK.

I also recommend to get the new nRF5340-DK now, since the nRF5340-PDK is not recommended for development anymore.
