ERROR CODE 40412

I have a problem when activating the simcard via nrf connect. |

After several attempts, using the IMEI and PIN on the Thingy 91 product, i get the following error.

(There was an error adding your device: No device found for this id. The device has not yet been provisioned. Troubleshoot nRF Code 40412)

One of the tips there are to folloe stepst i error code 40411, leading me to request your help.

Do you have any solutions for this error message?

The device has not yet been provisioned.

What is the color of the thing91 LED? Do you insert the sim card on the Thingy 91? Check the LED status indicators to ensure the device indicates it was provisioned. See this video.

Hi.

The color of the thingy i Orange.
When turning on after inserting the sim, the LED flashes blue until it stops after a while.

The error message comes after input the pin and thingy and IMEI number.

It seems that the problem is the LTE connection. It is failing to establish connection.

Do you activate the iBasis SIM on nRF Cloud?

No. There was only a Telenor SIM CARD supplied with the Thingy91.

Could you provide the log from LTE Link Monitor (please press the button in the red mark area) not the screenshot?The device does see some network, so there might be an error code hidden somewhere in the log.

Hi.

After several attempts i contacted Telenor regarding the simcard. The problem was that they had not activated the sim befor shipping them to me. After acticvating the sim, they work as intended. Thank you for all your help i have recieved!
