In our application we have an RC network (1kOhm-100nF) on pin AIN1. We charge the capacitor with a defined pulse length and then measure the voltage.

At the desired voltage, the port is switched to a high resistance (threestatus, Hi-Z).

What is the typical and maximum leakage current at 25 ° C and at the operating temperature range of -40 to 105 ° C?

The leakage on the AIN pins is very low, the impedance is typ >10Mohm. But I can ask the devs if we have any data over the operating temperature range.
