In our application we have an RC network (1kOhm-100nF) on pin AIN1. We charge the capacitor with a defined pulse length and then measure the voltage.

The leakage current is in the very few nA (likely pA), if you need to use a value for worst case you can consider 0.1uA (even though it will be much lower than this).
