Uploading firmware

Folks. I developed my own circuit using nRF 52833 and I`m trying to upload a new firmware  via SWD interface. I'm not getting connected to the target for any reason. Is there anything specific to configure like speed or uploading a bootloader ? Voltage levels are fine (3.3v)
