Part code or markings for nRF51822-QFAC Rev 3

Is there a specific part code for the latest Rev 3 QFAC silicon for the nRF51822? We were trying to track down a source with stock of the latest chips, but most resellers only list 'nRF51822-QFAC-T/R/R7' which doesn't help clearly indentify REV 3 parts.

If we can provide an exact part number or on-package marking code to verify, it would help ensure we're ordering the right reels. I didn't see anything on this other than packaging notes in the latest product documentation.

Hi! I guess you have seen the Compatibility Matrix? Table 2 in version 2.0 of the document shows the build codes of all nRF51822 revisions. The build code will tell you what production release it is, but this number is actually irrelevant as the ICs are exactly the same.

To find out what revisions the resellers can provide you with you will have to ask them directly.
