nRF52840-dk BLE keyboard and Windows10

Hi,
we programmed the nRF52840-DK with ble_app_hids_keyboard demo (s140) and tested with different BLE keys under a Linux PC. It worked.
Tested the same configuration with some Win10 PC and the same BLE usb keys but didn't worked. Win10 doesn't see the "Nordic_Keyboard" device.
Is there any specific setup to work with Win10?

Is the device actually advertising?

Do you need to un-bond it from the Linux PC?

Make sure you have deleted the pairing information on the linux PC or any other device that had been paired earlier with the keyboard so it does not re-connect to the DK and block the Win 10 from connecting.

Yes, we have turned-off ble or removed the USB BLE keys from the PC used to test

Yes, the led1 was blinking with about 2 seconds period as described in SDK documentation

The additonal restriction on iOS and Win 10 for keybaords that I had noticed can be to use a PASSKEY for pairing instead of JUSTWORKS.
Can you take a quick look at the code ble_app_hids_keyboard and verify it it is using JUSTWORKS , you can also check if the mouse demo works as that used to work woth JUSTWORKS
