Excuse me, I want to download the nRF52810 reference layout on official website, however I can't find it.

This seems like a bug in the nRF52810 product page. I have reported it internally, and it should be fixed ASAP. You can download the nRF52811 HW files which has an identical reference design to the nRF52810 from the nRF52811 product page.
