Using Python on a unit that uses nRF9160 and nRF52840

is it possible to program a unit with nRF9160 and nRF52840 with Python?

We are looking at buying the BLG840F from Fanstel (https://www.fanstel.com/bwg840f-industrial-wifi-bluetooth-5-iot-gateway),

as a programmable IoT-gateway with Bluetooth and LTE.
